By chance, she meets Lorenzo, a cantankerous Italian bike shopkeeper and retired
speed cyclist. First they clash, but after a while they share stories, compare
scars, and finally Lorenzo helps ripen Laurence`s heart for romance. The film
ends with another race and a 2-second-delay due to Laurence kissing her newfound
